I am OBSESSED with these skorts! I bought two because I couldn’t decide on a colour, and I’ve worn them nearly every day since their arrival.
While I’m not using them for hiking personally, as an early childhood educator, running after preschoolers has never been as comfortable. The pockets are perfect for holding various treasures and walkie-talkies, and the fabric does exactly what it says: gives the freedom to get dirty. I spend my days sitting in a sandbox or on grass, and everything just brushes off. Water play? Dry before I even realize I got splashed. I’ve sent several coworkers and parents towards Alder, and even convinced a friend who has a visceral distaste of skorts to give it a try!
